Plodding along

Another day and thankfully another normal one. Let's get to it as I'm exhausted from work again.

Look what came to visit me

Firstly a quick picture snapped last night through my fly screen of a preying mantis that paid me a visit. There was also a huge hornet buzzing around so I didn't open the fly screen but the picture came out pretty well anyway.

The first logs are flung

Now stacking it up in the outside shed

First of all our awesome new worker who has now followed the suggestion Angela made and spent most of the morning throwing the wood out of the window while the sun was on that area, and then once there was shade he cracked on with stacking it. He isn't the fastest worker in the world however without him this job just wouldn't get done at all.

Now onto the second bay

For Bekir and Halil it was more of the same. First of all they did a bit of cleaning and tidying and then they were back to filling in gaps and Bekir was up the ladder plastering the ceiling of the far section. By the end of the day they were polishing over the stuff they'd done earlier and Bekir was on with filling in the ceiling of the second bay. He said he thinks they'll be painting on Monday which is awesome.

And there it is; Angela had a lovely day with Rosie going to visit some old friends who are back for a holiday here and then after work I got to go in the pool with Rosie and the grandson from next door.
