Long day of drilling

Today has been a long tough day for the men; a lot of uncomfortable work but they kept smiling.

I was up very early to get a picture of the very early morning (can you see the moon?) but then fell back to sleep and missed the best of it, according to Angela. Still, it was a very lovely morning both times I looked. The men were in on time and while I was incredibly busy all day and couldn't get outside that much they cracked on with drilling out the drains for the raised bed (the drill kept on over heating and they had to stop to let it cool down) and then they started to bring stones over and lay them down to allow the drains to work. In the bottom corner of the garden area they knocked a larger section through and will then put a pipe in to really drain the water away.

I finished work to welcome Rosie home and then had a fun time with her before dinner time playing in the lounge, watching the train go round and round the tree, then trampoline time and then playing guitar time. It's a lot of fun, but exhausting.

So another week done; I'll be back on Monday. Thanks for reading.
