More Landing work

Another day, another exhausted person sat typing this up, but let's get cracking.

I woke at 2am and could not get back over because I was thinking about a problem at work so I got up and started working; this was a better idea than it sounds as I got the problem solved and felt much better for it. The night was a cold one, and it was a stunning start to the day as the sun tried to burn through the morning mist. I was very busy even though I'd already done most of a day before the office started so have very few pictures. Bekir's first task was the railway hole and he made up some shutters so he could seal it all and stop dust. Halil was onto priming, all day, while Sally was again putting cement on the ceiling. With the wooden shutters in place first Bekir put cement all around the opening and let the go off over the day.

In the afternoon Sally was again on the scaffold that was balanced on the stairs; I really would not like being up like that, not even if the scaffold was on flat ground to be fair. He just laughs and says "I don't weigh much". Bekir was now applying plaster around the hole and after that he worked on running cables for a plug on the landing by the windows, but no picture of that. After a really long day it was time to stop work and I went and played with Rosie, we went outside and had a lovely time, and the sunset was beautiful also.

Thanks for reading again; I'm going to hobby a little now then get an early night. Catch you tomorrow.
