Lights on the landing

 Welcome back and another long old day here, though I had a much easier day with work and was even able to get into the painting room.

I took Rosie to school this morning, after missing the time and waking her late, and today was the first day she went into the school without tears; she just walked in without a backward glance! Brilliant. We were still only with Bekir and Halil today and they worked on the plastering (all day for Halil) and the lights on the landing (all day for Bekir). It was all going very well until Bekir realised he'd not put all the correct cables in - the power went off a fair few times before this problem was identified. To fix it he had to channel into the ceiling again and run a new cable however as I type this I have two lovely bright lights on the landing outside Room 13. Tomorrow he will finish covering up the new cable and get the lights on the stairs done. We really are flying along.

A short one again, but progress is good and I'll be back again tomorrow with another one.
