I'm very tired now, and I had forgotten that it was a Monday so there's the weekend to cover, though it wasn't very busy so hopefully this update will still be short.

Rosie the baker |
The weekend was very much one of keeping Rosie warm, making sure she got her medicine in her, and hoping that she recovered from the nasty cold that started up on Friday. I made her the bacon and eggs she had demanded for breakfast on Saturday morning and it was very lovely. We then spent some lovely time putting together some jigsaws amongst other enjoyable games before having a relax on the sofa watching BFG. When that finished I got out the BGF stickers that I bought I think a year or two ago now and finally gave them to her and we had a lot of fun sticking them on the wall of her bedroom. Sunday was more jigsaws and relaxing and then a lovely Sunday roast, after which Rosie pretended to be a baker for a little bit. A busy and fun weekend of time with Rosie.

Finishing off the walls |
Today for the men can be summed up with one word. Plastering. That is what they did, other than heading out for supplies after lunch, and it's really starting to look great up there now. They also picked up some white paint today so they can paint the walls and ceilings of the lounge and corridors once the plastering is done.
Happy to be out for dinner |
After school today Rosie went to have a play date with a friend; when I collected her we went out for dinner at a restaurant which was very nice indeed.
And there it is; another day done. Thanks for reading. Back tomorrow.
